Is it safe to dry-clean clothing with plastic beading?

The only place that I found told me that they were unable to dry-clean clothing with plastic beading, and would only do it if there was glass beading (which nobody does anymore because glass beading is so heavy).

Is this true? If that’s the case, is there anyone who knows a better way to clean salwar kameez or churidar?
