My Homecoming dress is bright red with black and silver beading. What would a good makeup choice be?

I have pretty fair skin, darker brown hair with red highlights that just give my hair a tint of red when it catches in the light, and medium brown eyes. I’d consider myself pretty good with makeup (I do my friends’ all the time, lol) so I’m not too worried about the skill required.
Note: Please suggest a company who makes the products you mention (and if you want to be really nice, the exact name of the product color), and I’m hoping to stick with cheap-ish stuff. In other words, no $30 pigments. Links to pictures of what you’re suggesting would be amazing!
